"Pleasant to work with and a great knowledge of all aspects of real estate. We first met Sharyn about 12 years ago when we bought a block of land through her. We realized then that she was a great negotiator and also very pleasant to work with. On the recent sale of our house we chose Sharyn over our regular realtor because of her incredible knowledge of our local area in the Dandenongs. She has a great knowledge of pricing, selling techniques and all aspects of real estate. During our sale she always followed up every interested party and reported back to us. She worked hard and managed to sell our house on time under difficult circumstances so we would have no hesitation in recommending Sharyn to anyone selling, particularly in the hills area"
"Best Real Estate Agent we’ve dealt with . We chose Sharyn as dealing with her Company for many many years now and been extremely happy. From the onset Sharyn was upfront honest and had a plan. Sharyns friendly punctual and professional. Sharyn kept us updated, no matter what time. always did what she said and we felt confident and comfortable with Sharyn. Always had a smile nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend Sharyn."
"Great communication throughout. Very professional, made selling our property easy for us. excellent! We met Brad at our property to discuss the possibility of him being our selling agent. He came across as knowledgeable and relaxed in his approach. Explaining the sales plan, pricing, fees and also his recommendations on what to do—and what not to do—when preparing the house for sale were invaluable. Brad was there every step of the way and handled our many questions without ever making us feel like a nuisance. Would highly recommend. Thank you."
"Brad Conder found us our dream home! Straightforward, honest and knowledgeable, we dealt with Brad as buyers over a period of a month or so. He was always so responsive to any questions we had, even after hours and found us our dream home with no fuss and no pressure. Very impressed!"
